From initial contact to final inspection, here’s how we make sure your project runs smoothly every step of the way:
Step 1.
The system emphasizes putting the customer at the core of the process. It begins with listening to the client’s needs and answering their questions to ensure clear communication and alignment with expectations. Only after we've figured out your vision and color scheme, will we introduce you to the broader team. CertaPro assigns a dedicated project manager to each job, who serves as the main point of contact, oversees the project, and provides daily updates to ensure the work aligns with the estimate and meets customer satisfaction.
Step 2.
For both interior and exterior projects, thorough preparation is prioritized. This includes protecting furniture and floors, removing or covering fragile items, scraping loose paint, sanding glossy areas, caulking gaps, and priming surfaces for a uniform finish.
Step 3.
The Certainty Service System ensures the use of high-quality paints, stains, and coatings, with professional-grade tools (brushes, rollers, sprayers) and environmentally friendly options like low/no VOC paints. For commercial projects, the system is designed to minimize disruption to occupants and business operations, with on-site project managers supervising daily work and keeping clients informed.
Step 4.
CertaPro sweeps walkways, packs up materials, and conducts an inspection followed by a detailed walk-through with the client to ensure satisfaction. The project isn't over with CertaPro Painters' approval: its only done when you're 100% satisfied. A follow-up customer feedback survey may also be conducted.
Step 5.
CertaPro offers a 2-year limited workmanship warranty on most residential painting projects, covering defects and ensuring repairs if issues arise. Post-project follow-ups, such as satisfaction surveys or calls, are part of the system to confirm the client’s expectations were met. The system is standardized across CertaPro’s franchise network, ensuring you'll get a callback regardless of your project's size.
