The Bid & Proposal:

We walk every property to determine man hours, best preparation techniques, and highest quality coatings for each surface type. We also offer digital color rendering so you can review and coordinate color
scheme options. Our proposals included a detailed scope of work where we outline the preparation, equipment required, and materials to be used.

Project Management:

Our experienced and professional project managers strive to ensure that our jobs are completed as scheduled, to the highest standards, and within budget. We pride ourselves on minimizing disruptions to your tenant workdays, and we understand that working at night and on weekends can be part of the plan. When we are doing groups of large buildings, we assign a dedicated project manager that only focuses on quality and timely project completion.

Lifts and Other Equipment:

Many large-scale projects require the use of Lifts, swing-stages or scaffolding. Our teams are trained and experienced in safe operation of these units and strictly adhere to OSHA guidelines.

Certificate of Insurance (COI)

CertaPro Painters of Austin is fully and completely insured and provides Certificates of Insurance tailored to the specific needs for each property and project.
