Fayetteville High School Gymnasium Painting Project

CertaPro Painters^® of Northwest Arkansas

Fayetteville High School Arena Wing

Our team took on a major commercial painting project at Fayetteville High School, focusing on the arena wing. This was a highly competitive bid, with five other companies in the running. Our bid came in $100,000 lower than the next lowest bidder, prompting a review meeting to ensure we could deliver top-tier quality within budget. In the end, we not only met our projected margin and hours but also provided the school with an exceptional final product—saving them $100,000 without compromising craftsmanship.

Scope of the Project:

• Painted multiple gymnasiums of varying sizes
• Completed drywall repairs in the weight room/gym
• Carefully hand-cut and painted around an existing custom mural of Michael Jordan
• Utilized specialized equipment to reach and paint high ceilings

Project Challenges and Solutions:

• Weight Room: A long room painted in deep purple, where intense natural light could expose any paint flaws. Our team ensured a smooth, flawless finish.
• Michael Jordan Silhouette: Required expert hand-cutting and meticulous painting to preserve every detail without affecting the existing artwork.
• High Ceilings in the Auxiliary Gym: Used the right equipment and safety measures to paint all the way up to the ceiling efficiently.

The Result:

This project showcased our expertise in handling complex, large-scale painting jobs with precision and efficiency. We’re proud to have delivered a high-quality result while saving Fayetteville High School significant costs—proving that quality and affordability can go hand in hand.
