Weston Apartments – Commercial Painting Project
Located just a few blocks off of Historic Route 66 in Pasadena you’ll find the Weston Apartments. Located in a neighborhood of high-density single-family homes, multi-family, and apartment blocks, the Weston Apartments was in need of some exterior TLC.
A fairly low-rise two-story building comprised of one and two-bedroom apartments, the facility’s surrounding gates, and trellis work was in serious need of painting along with the exterior itself. The concrete and clapboard exterior required patching, filling, and much-needed prep after power washing revealed all the damage and dry-rot that existed.
With the prep work complete the building was painted a clean off-white similar to its last paint job. A grayish-blue accent color was used around a number of the building’s architectural features to make its lines and detail stand out.
The finished results speak for themselves, the building looks virtually brand new, free of discoloration and fade.
